Our Customer

One of our new customers - HashiCorp is a company based in San Francisco focused on building software that can provision, secure, and run any application on any infrastructure.

Some of their most recognisable products include Terraform, Consul, Vault and Nomad - industry-leading open source tools and commercial products that focus on simple workflows for developers, operators, and security professionals.

HashiCorp are currently establishing a Cloud Automation Support team in Sofia that is going to be work closely with their Core European Centre. 

We are looking for an experienced professional to help us establish and grow the team!


  • Set the example and continue taking Support Tickets as any other Support Engineer

  • Lead from a technical point of view a team of Cloud Support Engineers

  • Onboard and mentor new team members

  • Define with the HashiCorp contact point new training initiatives with a goal of improving the Support Services delivered to HashiCorp customers

  • Support and develop internal processes

  • Drive employee satisfaction/development, enhancing the goal of quality support by providing individual coaching, mentoring and advising;

  • Be able to handle escalations from the team and troubleshoot when needed



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Technical Writing, or equivalent professional experience.
